Baseball is a game in which mobility, body control, flexibility, strength and stability all play an important role in an athlete’s success. Yoga enables athletes to develop the skills needed to maintain healthy hips, ankles and overall range of motion. Consistent yoga practice will help athletes of any level have the confidence to take the physical and mental stress put on them and manage it successfully, ensuring they spend more time on the field.
The value of the objectives and benefits that I can bring to the team outlined below, directly translate to keeping a player healthy and on the field. I will be teaching key postures which are designed for baseball players specifically to achieve results when practiced consistently
